Compassionate Therapy for
Grief and Generational Wounds
At Wellness With Wing, we offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy that supports individuals and communities in navigating grief, trauma, and disconnection. Our approach integrates mindfulness, embodiment practices, and trauma healing to help you reconnect with your authentic self and build deeper, more meaningful relationships with others.
Whether you're struggling with loss, burnout, or the lasting effects of past trauma, we provide a safer space for co-created healing. Through personalized sessions, we explore the roots of your pain, fostering healing on a body, mind, and spirit level. Together, we will tend to your grief and trauma, using trauma-sensitive and culturally aligned practices that nurture courage, presence, and inner peace.
We honor the strength and vulnerability of your healing journey and offer guidance, education, and resources to transform your experiences, helping you cultivate alignment and connection with yourself and the world around you.
When individuals and communities are supported in their wholeness and well-being, liberated from intergenerational trauma, and relieved from the stigma around mental health, we as a collective,
thrive.

Heart-Centered Embodiment Guide
I hold and guide spaces with deep care and intention towards fostering connections with individuals and communities navigating trauma healing and the practice and integration of body-mind-spirit.
I approach my offerings and relational building with a trauma-informed lens and mindfulness-based approach, inviting in vulnerability and curiosity to call in more of our whole, authentic selves.
I also invite conscious unearthing, reflection, and acknowledgement of the roots of systemic oppression that attempt to keep us collectively unwell and alone.
Together, we will identify aligned healing and ancestral practices needed to support personal, interpersonal, and collective well-being.
