About Me
Hi, I'm Wing!
I am a queer, 2nd-gen, Vietnamese-American mindfulness focused, trauma-informed, and somatic-based clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and wellness practitioner.
I center my work with folks identifying as:
I support navigation of intergenerational and attachment trauma; grief and loss; relational conflict; and identity exploration.
I also guide clients in the development of personal wellness practices to further support them, inclusive of non-Western medicine, mind, body, spirit, and energy work.
Much of what I've experienced and witnessed myself in this lifetime, directly and vicariously, along with stories I've heard about my ancestral lineage, have all become the very pieces necessary to carrying me through my own trauma healing and grief journey.
The more I have accepted my role as the breaker of generational curses in my family, the more support I've had to ask for and discomfort I've had to sit with. Through my process of welcoming, unburdening, and integrating the many parts that make up the whole of who I am, I have learned to prioritize rest and care practices in my life.
My personal reckoning and care practices guide and reinforce how I show up in relation to others and hold space for their own stories of returning home to their wholeness. Over the past 10 years, I have engaged with community-based groups across Maryland and Louisiana to provide education, mental and physical health resources, case management, and therapeutic services.
If you feel called and curious to work together along your healing journey, I invite you to schedule a call with me.
